The personalised glass mugs make the perfect accompaniment to any tea and coffee drinker. The personalised touch makes for the perfect gift or why not treat yourself!
Each mug can be personalised with a name in a choice. Please ensure spelling is correct, with no spaces or characters. All mugs are made from high quality permanent vinyl.
The mug is 9 x 8cm and can hold 300ml.
Please note:
The mugs are not suitable for microwave or dishwasher.
Gentle hand wash only.
Do not soak as this may cause the vinyl to lift.
Leave to air dry after washing.
Care instructions will also be provided with your order.

Return & refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Luna love creations! We offer a refund/exchange policy within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered any refund and/or exchange of any kind.
To receive a refund/exchange the item, must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to: Lunalovecreations1@outlook.com
Personalised items can only be exchanged and will only be refunded if they are not as stated.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item.
Dekivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery Information
